Retail Processor

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Processor to join our team. As a Retail Processor, you will play a critical role in receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process them through our Kaizen system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
• Sort and categorize donations according to the Kaizen system
• Meet or exceed production goals and maintain high levels of productivity
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train to cover other job descriptions as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
