Retail Processor

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, record, and sort donations to efficiently process them through our Kaizen system.
• Meet or exceed production goals, with a focus on process improvement and increased productivity.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train to cover other job descriptions as needed.
• Perform other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisors, including donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and more.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to recognize colors.
