A reputable real estate developer and operator is in search of a Senior Property Operations Manager to supervise the management of a collection of upscale residential buildings. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-end residential properties and will demonstrate outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct leadership to property management teams while interpreting and enforcing established standards, policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and unit owners.
- Oversee the annual budget for operational and capital expenditures, with the ability to forecast management strategies and analyze financial variances.
- Engage directly with the Board of Directors to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Participate in monthly and annual board meetings.
- Prepare and disseminate monthly performance reports to the Board of Directors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and offer guidance on maintenance and improvement initiatives.
- Manage existing contracts and supervise vendor services to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify and negotiate with new service providers as necessary.
- Build professional networks through active participation in industry and community organizations.
- Ensure all properties are maintained in a manner that reflects excellence and compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in luxury property management, with knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Strong skills in building operations and tenant relations.
- Proficient in computer applications and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven capability to oversee various projects and exceed performance expectations.
