Sales Representative

Welcome Wagon is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives or Community Marketing Executives. As a sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently from the comfort of your own home and out in the field in your local territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various sources, including cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling.
- Sell consultative advertising solutions, including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs, to local small businesses.
- Cultivate strong connections with local businesses and stay in contact with customers, recommending new products and services that may interest them.
- Stay informed about local trends and competition.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with your team leader to achieve successful sales.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field.
- 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in video conferencing, email, and CRM use.
- Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check.
