**Key Responsibilities:**

* Accurately interpret and prepare medication orders, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate proficiency with work-related computer and automation skills, including problem-solving for automated dispensing cabinets, inventory management technology, and other pharmacy-specific technologies.
* Deliver medications to the appropriate patient care area or department in a timely manner, adhering to established schedules and workflows.
* Contribute to an efficient pharmacy work environment by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and being prepared to start working at the beginning of each shift.
* Participate in training and mentorship of new personnel, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent; OR post-high school degree.
* Registered with the SC Board of Pharmacy (Lawson Code SCPH).
* Thorough knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology, with good mathematical, computer, and aseptic technique skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in team situations and handle urgent, stressful conditions.
