Job Title: Entry-Level Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to fill an entry-level financial representative position at Northwestern Mutual - Madison Ave. This role offers a promising job outlook and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customized financial plans for clients based on their life stage, professional circumstances, and financial needs.
  • Serve as a collaborative team player and participate in continued training opportunities to further develop skills.
  • Support clients' progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations.
  • Gather and assess clients' financial information to determine factors such as financial status, cash flow, and financial goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects.

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, and other tools.
  • Stellar communication and math skills, complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, and personal financial advisor or responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
