The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior-level leadership and office locations, performing a wide range of tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level leadership and office locations
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and plan events
  • Assist with operational processes and procedures improvement
  • Support employee development and new hire training
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and email management
  • Retrieve, assign, and complete requests for information and administrative support
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and townhalls
  • Create life event acknowledgments, including cards, flowers, and gifts
  • Act as backup for other administrative and office assistant staff
  • Complete errands and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent (GED) required; two-year technical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant technologies
  • Proven history of successful support of senior-level leadership with managing calendars, travel coordination, expense management, event, and meeting coordination
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, analytical/interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, follow through, and ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, decision-maker, and self-motivated forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions for team, department, and company improvements
  • Ability to mentor and coach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
