Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of sports leagues, activities, and camps, including marketing and promotion, roster creation, and schedule management.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sports Director and Sports Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of youth sports programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all participants.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of new program ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall youth sports experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of program materials, including schedules, rosters, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
