Key Responsibilities- Capacity Planning and Management:
- Develop and manage the capacity plan at network, cluster, and car group levels (SIPP).
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, and Operations teams to refine the capacity plan continuously, ensuring it meets market demand within logistical and operational constraints.
- Translate rental demand into a long-term supply forecast by vehicle group (SIPP), guiding fleet procurement decisions.
- Deliver SIPP forecasts by location to optimize charged vs. driven performance and minimize free upgrades.
- Lead the use and development of Ublique, the group-wide Revenue and Capacity Management tool.
- Manage the input/output of fleet data and planning assumptions within the tool.
- Track actual supply versus anticipated demand, recommending actions based on variances.
- Lead capacity decision-making with Revenue Management and Operations teams, identifying potential issues and opportunities in advance.
- Process Improvement and Best Practices:
- Develop and document capacity management processes, establishing clear guidelines for every activity managed within the team.
- Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of actions and activities, ensuring alignment with commercial results.
- Contribute to developing integrated Revenue and Capacity Management (RCM) processes and coordinate their interface with the broader business.
- Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive, supportive, and results-driven environment within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews (PDRs), supported by one-on-one and weekly team meetings to review and agree on actions.
- Plan and manage team activities to support core commercial targets, aligning activities with key objectives.
- Simplify and standardize processes where possible to enhance efficiency.
- Record individual objectives and development needs for each team member.
- Deliver clear, key messages tailored to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in using and developing integrated business planning tools.
