Job Title: Laminator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and team-oriented individual to perform a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI). The successful candidate will have experience in laminating or a similar manufacturing role and be able to accurately follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laminating techniques to composite components according to drawings and SWI
  • Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI instructions
  • Wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process to form composite parts
  • Verify accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning and reporting any discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor
  • Verify materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan
  • Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed
  • Adhere to schedules and time allowances for production requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in laminating or a similar manufacturing role
  • Detail-oriented and able to accurately follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Team player with effective communication skills
