Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laminator to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating laminating machines, preparing materials for lamination processes, and monitoring machine operation for quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate laminating machines and hand rollers to apply liquid resin and catalyst to mold surfaces, roving, and chopped fiberglass.
  • Set up and operate laminating machines to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Prepare materials for lamination processes, including cutting and sorting.
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
