Position: Sales and Customer Service Associate at Workout Anytime Gym.

Type: Part-time, commission opportunities available.

Workout Anytime is recognized as one of the rapidly expanding National Fitness Franchises. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to engage with a results-driven organization boasting over two decades of expertise in establishing and nurturing successful gym franchises.

We seek individuals who are genuinely enthusiastic about fitness and dedicated to assisting others in reaching their objectives. Ideal candidates will be industrious and committed, thriving in a collaborative environment. Exceptional customer service is a hallmark of a Workout Anytime front desk and sales associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new gym memberships by reaching out to leads generated through marketing efforts, cultivating referral leads, and welcoming walk-ins.
  • Accurately input all prospect and guest information into the club management software and complete necessary tracking forms and processes.
  • Record hours worked by clocking in and out.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the club on a daily basis.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to unexpected changes in work assignments.
  • Moderate lifting required regularly.
  • Outgoing demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Enjoyment in engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • Passion for fitness and making a positive impact on lives.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Data Track software is a plus.
