Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional who possesses a strong background in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to provide effective technical solutions. This role is pivotal in assisting our Sales Operations Department to refine their workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The position involves supporting the creation of low-code and custom applications, robotic process automation (RPA), data reporting, and data visualization efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with a dynamic and driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements, leading sessions for requirements gathering.
  • Translate business processes and concepts into precise technical specifications.
  • Draft and update system and process documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, Jira stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Partner with the development team to guide the design and implementation of high-quality technical solutions.
  • Develop test cases and conduct manual testing of deliverables.
  • Assist business users during acceptance testing, production migrations, and post-launch support.
  • Manage Change Requests and oversee production migrations.
  • Engage in scheduled Scrum ceremonies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the supported business functions and processes, acting as a credible representative.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions with minimal revisions.
  • Coordinate with management to prioritize business challenges and new initiatives, establishing team direction.
  • Address inquiries from business partners and respond to user support requests.
  • Take ownership of product improvements in collaboration with business partners to drive operational success.
  • Estimate solution efforts and make decisions regarding resource allocation.
  • Influence business leadership and management decisions, promoting ownership and acceptance of business changes.
  • Summarize complex information into key points for management review.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to both technology and business stakeholders.
  • Create clear and concise artifacts and presentations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Requirements:

Mandatory

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
  • Strong analytical abilities to grasp business objectives, intricate processes, and design suitable solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Thorough understanding of project management and system development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in JIRA and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with custom application development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an onshore/offshore operational model.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, project management, and planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to influence and manage expectations with business stakeholders and peers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convert business processes into technical requirements.

Preferred:

  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting & analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies.
  • Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Platform or Out Systems.
  • Understanding of technology architectures.
  • Experience in evaluating new technologies and assessing third-party solution ROI to address business challenges.
  • Experience in developing MVPs and proofs of concept for new technologies.
