We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join our team at L7 Batteries LLC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue
  • Create or approve schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
  • Maintain information in the point of sale system to ensure accurate inventory levels and sales data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Degree in business or retail management preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience
  • Experience in commercial (outside) sales is desirable
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to accurately read gauges and work with hands

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
