About the Role

Insmed Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, People Data Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business decisions and improve employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to support business decisions and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams to support operational analytics efforts and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HCM trends and best practices, attending conferences and training sessions as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in metrics/reporting roles, with a minimum of 3 years using Workday.
  • Workday Pro Reporting Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage workload and multiple projects efficiently.
