Speech Language Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Specialist to join our outpatient team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Job Summary:
  • Assess and diagnose patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring effective communication and swallowing skills

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligibility to complete clinical fellowship year (CFY)
  • Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
