Speech-Language Pathologist for Roanoke School District

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Roanoke, VA school district. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy sessions for students with speech and language disorders.
- Developing individualized education plans and presenting them to parents and school administrators.
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, nurses, and other professionals on speech and language concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress to parents.
We value professionalism and accountability, and require applicants to hold a Virginia SLP license.
