We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Blossom Ridge Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
  • Inform and instruct participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of California.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $55-$65 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including holiday pay, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401k retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, employee assistance programs, and a sign-on bonus.
