Job Overview

Griffon Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), is seeking an experienced mid-level Composite Technician to produce high-quality composite parts and assemblies. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional products.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating composite parts using advanced techniques such as prepreg layup, laser projection, debulking, bagging, curing, and trimming. You will also assist in assembly processing, including bond preparation, adhesive bonding, drilling, and fastener installation.
