Composite Fabrication Expertise

Griffon Aerospace is seeking an experienced composite fabricator to join our team in Madison, Alabama. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality composite parts, components, and final assemblies using advanced fabrication techniques.

About the JobEstimated annual salary: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This position involves hands-on experience with aerospace composite part processes, including prepreg layup, laser projection of ply locations, debulking, bagging, curing, and trimming.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with aerospace assembly processing, such as bond preparation, adhesive bonding, drilling, and fastener installation.

Skills required:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs frequently and work standing up for an 8-hour shift
  • Proficiency in working with engineering drawings and detailed work instructions
  • General use of hand tools and measurement devices, including drills, wrenches, saws, tape measures, micrometers, scales, etc.
