About the role
Hear from the Hiring Manager
“Are you experienced in the definition, delivery and/or assurance of complex programmes and projects, and interested in gaining a wider perspective of the work we are doing in radioactive waste management and decommissioning? If so, consider our Project Assurance Manager role – the purpose of which is to provide a focal point for governance support and expert assurance to provide confidence to senior stakeholders that programmes and projects are set-up to succeed and progressing accordingly.
Critically, this is a role where you’ll get exposure to the full breadth of NRS projects and programmes, gaining a rare helicopter view of our work. It also means you’ll be building relationships with a vast array of people, pushing your stakeholder management skills to the next level.
The role requires the application of knowledge and experience across all aspects of project management.
Independent assurance is fundamental to the planning and delivery of our programmes and projects. In this role, you will ensure that our high standards are being achieved and provide challenge without judgement.
