Pediatric Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC. As a pediatric nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with medical complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, adhering to individual care plans and multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and case management.
  • Conduct patient and family education as necessary, promoting holistic care and addressing educational, psychosocial, behavioral, physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing a team-based approach to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems.
  • Preferred: Six months of experience as a practicing LPN with pediatric experience.
  • Current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) and CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
