Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aircraft Mechanic A&P to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide work direction and guidance to assigned technicians
- Act as Mechanical Team Lead when assigned
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Aircraft Maintenance
- Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems
- Conduct flight tests on aircraft as required
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure compliance with inspection and documentation requirements
- Identify and store customer property securely
- Operational Support
- Coordinate aircraft movement as required
- Implement Lean/continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4 years Aviation Maintenance experience, including 3 years on mid/large size aircraft
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required
- Valid Driver's License required
