We are looking for candidates who are pursuing a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, or related degree, with a strong academic record and ability to deliver outstanding results. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience, a learning mindset, cultural agility, curiosity, inventiveness, strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion, enthusiasm, and professional maturity.
