Position Overview

Hotel Equities is in search of a dedicated Overnight Hotel Auditor for our esteemed establishment, Courtyard Chesapeake Greenbrier. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring all required identification is obtained.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and assist guests with their needs.
  • Enhance hotel revenue through effective upselling of available rooms.
  • Document guest preferences and address any concerns or issues raised by guests.
  • Accurately process financial transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
  • Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Comply with hotel safety regulations and promptly report any incidents to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and standards.
  • Capability to stand for long durations and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and mathematical skills.
