Meat Cutter

At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and quantity of our meat products, which directly impacts the guest's dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently to meet production standards.

• Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Implement and follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotate cut and boxed meat to maintain freshness.
• Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.

• Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognize and address any spoiled or contaminated meat.
• Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations.

• Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
• Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Complete duty roster tasks.
