Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized service
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, team selling, and visual merchandising
  • Assist with store operations, including cash handling, stock counts, and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales volume and metrics goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new programs
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
