Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized service
- Drive sales through effective selling techniques, team selling, and visual merchandising
- Assist with store operations, including cash handling, stock counts, and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales volume and metrics goals
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new programs
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
