Job Summary: This role involves working at customer sites during standard business hours.

The primary responsibility is to assist in the repair and refurbishment of boiler systems and their components, ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities:

Deliver service to our clientele by repairing and refurbishing equipment, including steam boilers, hot water heating systems, high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, sterilizers, and all related system components in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that surpasses customer expectations.

Conduct preventative maintenance by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operational deficiencies to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Test malfunctioning systems and components utilizing electrical and mechanical expertise.
Maintain clear corporate and personal records of work history.
Support departmental operations by processing job tickets and work orders promptly.
Assist with the pickup, delivery, and installation of equipment.
Engage in minor construction and renovation projects, including the startup of new installations.
Operate company vehicles safely.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial boiler systems is required.
A high school diploma or GED is necessary. Lochinvar certification is preferred.

Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is advantageous. A clean driving record and the ability to work independently are essential.

Availability for emergency on-call duties is a fundamental requirement.
Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. without assistance and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
