We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to assist in addressing the behavioral needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children, demonstrate the ability to implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and exhibit strong communication skills. The Behavior Technician will play a crucial role in delivering direct support to clients and providing valuable feedback to families and team members. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.
