Inpatient Pharmacy Technician

Billings Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with the delivery of quality pharmaceutical care and medication distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Support and model behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct, and service expectations.
- Assist pharmacists with all aspects of the medication distribution system, including compounding, filling prescriptions, and processing claims.
- Maintain accurate medication inventories and supplies to meet dispensing needs.
- Facilitate the delivery of pharmaceuticals to meet customer and patient needs.
- Process complete prescription claims, including adjudication, reconciliation, and insurance verification.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Montana State Board of Pharmacy.
- Successful completion of all required training and department-specific competencies.
- Ability to maintain continuing education requirements and produce documentation upon request.
