Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Learning Centers. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing our curriculum, building relationships with families, and supporting the success of your center.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively with them about their child's progress
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
  • Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen
  • 1+ year professional experience with school-aged children (preferred)
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
