Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy industry-leading learning experiences that equip Cirrus technicians with the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs at optimal levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Drive and leverage learning technologies to provide the most engaging and impactful learning experience.
  • Plan and manage training development projects to deliver results within cost, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Adapt, develop, and certify training programs for the markets served and future markets.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in instructional design, adult education, aviation management, or business administration.
  • Minimum two years' experience directing aviation-related training development.
  • Minimum five years' experience developing training content.
  • Minimum five years' experience leading a team with direct reports.
  • Minimum five years' experience developing and performing to project plans and budgets.
