Role Overview

In the role of Facilities Technician at Martignetti Companies, you will be tasked with delivering service repairs and training for our automated material handling systems, including AS/RS and various other systems. Your primary objective will be to guarantee the highest availability of Material Handling Systems for warehouse operations while ensuring exceptional customer service within the facility.

Key Duties
  • Engage in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and overhauling equipment
  • Provide training to junior technicians on maintenance practices
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
  • Respond to service requests throughout the facility
  • Evaluate equipment performance and suggest enhancements
  • Conduct maintenance within specialized technical areas
  • Effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Follow preventive maintenance protocols and schedules
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Perform minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and equipment
  • Possess experience with material handling machinery and PLCs
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Inspire and guide staff to meet performance objectives
  • Exhibit strong analytical capabilities
Qualifications
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of technical training
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
