Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Member Service Representative to join our team at CDS Life Transitions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist members with benefits, claims, and other related issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and provide solutions.
  • Document all member interactions and updates in our electronic health record system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
