About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all communication is clear and concise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the dental team in delivering top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Organize patient charts and verify insurance
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
