Finance Manager Role

Providence Health & Services is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and serve on local leadership committees as assigned
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
  • Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies
  • Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
  • Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or another Finance or related field of study
  • 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • HMFA or FACHE Certifications
