Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement long-term and daily instructional plans that align with curriculum goals.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to student learning and engagement.
- Oversee the safety and well-being of students during instructional time.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Guide students towards achieving curriculum objectives, clearly communicating lesson goals.
