IT Director

Lakeside Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies and enhance automation, efficiency, and real-time analytics in production.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the plant's IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
• Industry 4.0 Technologies: Lead the deployment and integration of IoT, AI, machine learning, and robotics into manufacturing processes.
• Data Analytics: Implement advanced data analytics to drive decision-making, improve production performance, and support predictive maintenance.
• ERP and MES Integration: Ensure the smooth operation and integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within the plant.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop an IT team responsible for maintaining and upgrading plant IT systems.
• Compliance and Budget Management: Ensure compliance with all corporate IT policies, data protection laws, and industry regulations, and manage the IT budget effectively.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management, ideally within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Industry 4.0 Expertise: Experience in handling Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, robotics, AI, and data analytics is highly valuable.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities to manage IT teams and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, materials teams.
