Technical Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and Analyze Data: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to gather and analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and implement software solutions to meet the needs of our clients, leveraging expertise in programming languages such as SQL, NoSQL, Python, Java, R, and Scala.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs, utilizing advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Technical Skills: Possess advanced technical skills in programming languages, data analysis, and software development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active Secret security clearance or an Interim Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary Work: Ability to perform sedentary work, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to Move Around: Ability to move around the office and operate equipment, with occasional ability to climb stairs.
