The Interventional Radiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team at Emory Healthcare is expanding, offering opportunities for seasoned APPs to take on a new Procedural role at Emory University Hospital Midtown.
Emory Healthcare seeks skilled Physician Assistants or Acute Care Nurse Practitioners to enhance our growing Interventional Radiology APP service line. The Procedural APPs will provide care at Emory University Hospital and the new Winship Cancer Institute.
The ideal candidate for this Advanced Practice Provider role will possess 2 to 3 years of procedural experience as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, with prior experience in Interventional Radiology being essential. Expect to conduct 6-12 procedures daily, involving both inpatient and outpatient cases.
This position offers a schedule of 4-10 hour shifts, with no call, overnight, or weekend obligations.
As integral members of the Emory Healthcare integrated academic health care system, our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners enjoy numerous benefits, including:

We are looking for full-time Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners for a specialized Procedural role within our Interventional Radiology team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in Georgia and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- May require at least one year of direct experience in high acuity clinical specialties.
- BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications are mandatory; ACLS may be required in certain areas.
