About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Georgetown and Cambridge Manor in Grandville, MI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing overall facility operations, ensuring high-quality care and services to our residents, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility operations, including staff supervision, resident care, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and revenue growth
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our services and attract new residents
  • Collaborate with our faith-based organization to uphold Biblical principles and values in our care services
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to healthcare, safety, and employment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years of experience in working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style
