Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Education Specialist to provide comprehensive educational support to Infusion Center personnel regarding the administration of a therapy for Alzheimer's disease. This role is pivotal in ensuring that healthcare professionals are well-informed about our offerings and adhere to the highest standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver educational sessions to Infusion Center staff on the proper administration of therapies.
  • Utilize only approved educational materials and resources, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  • Attend mandatory training and complete competency assessments within specified timelines.
  • Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state regulations.
  • Participate in local and national conferences to stay updated on industry trends and share best practices.
  • Ensure the upkeep of all company materials and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Be available during working hours to address inquiries and fulfill responsibilities.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and report any relevant changes promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a current state license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in infusion therapy is preferred.
  • Experience in neurology is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a clinical educator in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the designated area.
