Safety Facilitator

Job Summary

The Data Center Services team at Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Safety Facilitator to monitor the environmental, health, and safety performance of our general contractor. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational safety of our data center site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily site tours with the general contractor's safety representative to monitor KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, and EHS data.
  • Participate in communication methods, such as safety meetings and notices, to ensure relevant EHS information is communicated across the site.
  • Collaborate with the general contractor to ensure accurate, timely, and complete EHS data submission.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EHS or safety position.
  • Data center and construction background.
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS or similar field.
  • Experience with observation platforms (SafetyNet, EHS Insight, Safetymint, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Electrical background (medium voltage or low voltage).
  • OSHA, CSP, or CSHT certification.
  • Behavior-based safety background.
