Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $1,000 sign-on bonus

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

As a Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering personal care and homemaking services to our patients. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will address the needs of our patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create a unique and compassionate experience for patients and their families.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional on-call and weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado CNA License
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License with adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation for community care
  • A sincere spirit of compassion and care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour for CNAs with over 6 months of experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months, with the potential to increase to $20.00 at 6 months based on proficiency.
