Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $1,000 sign-on bonus

40 hours per week

CNA's in Hospice play a crucial role in delivering personal care and homemaking services to our patients. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, our CNA's address the needs of our patients and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to create a unique experience for patients and their families.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional on-call or weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado CNA License
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License, sufficient automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for community-based care
  • A sincere spirit of compassion and care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Competitive compensation starting at $20.00 per hour for CNA's with over 6 months of experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months of experience, with potential to increase to $20.00 at 6 months if proficient.
