Responsibilities- Provide full care services, including feeding, toileting, and bathing, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as grooming and hygiene.
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining daily routines, including meal planning and preparation.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with doing full care services.
- Previous experience in the direct care field preferred.
- Certifications preferred, but not required.
- $100 sign on bonus for proof of CPR/FA Card.
- $100 sign on bonus for proof of Medication Administration Certification.
- $100 sign on bonus for proof of PMT Certificate (PMT Associates).
SARAH Tuxis is an independent member of the SARAH Family of Agencies, which include the SARAH Foundation and SARAH Seneca. We have grown from supporting 24 individuals in Group Homes with a staff of 40 to supporting over 100 individuals with 250 staff in a variety of settings.
