The Doctors Clinic is a leading healthcare provider in the Pacific Northwest, seeking an experienced board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join our Poulsbo clinic team.

Overview

We are a physician-owned and governed outpatient multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. Our team of 14 family medicine physicians and APCs work together to provide comprehensive services to the community.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary structure, with a guaranteed two-year base pay, plus productivity bonuses. Eligible physicians can become shareholders after two years and enjoy excellent comprehensive benefits, including signing and relocation bonuses, CME allowance, and more.

Job Description

As a Family Medicine Physician at The Doctors Clinic, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and genders through all stages of life. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, referring patients to specialists when needed. Your out-patient clinical practice will be Monday through Friday, with patient volume dependent on your preference for procedures. Including OB through the first trimester is optional and not required.

The call schedule is handled by phone, with hospital staff managing hospitalists, ensuring a manageable workload. You can expect to grow a robust practice quickly, taking advantage of the great need for family medicine services in the community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent degree)
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington
  • Completion of residency in Family Medicine
