Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Director to join our team at Alpha Star Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Continuously train and update staff on the latest product advancements.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.

Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage store expenses and sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product offerings.
  • Educate staff and customers effectively.
