Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Program Integrator for a Product Manager, assisting the Business Financial Manager (BFM) with:
- Providing unbiased information essential for decision-making regarding administrative and programmatic elements of the agency.
- Overseeing operations and management by executing a diverse range of assignments, serving as a proficient planner and coordinator.
- Advising Product Managers (PdM) and Deputy Product Managers (DPdM) on Business and Financial Management matters.
- Managing and supervising budget, acquisition, cost, and Earned Value Management (EVM) functions for all ongoing and future projects, ensuring effective communication to meet top priorities.
- Supporting PM IFMC Product offices in all business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities related to IBCS/Patriot hardware and software development, including collaboration with PdM contracts, budget, acquisition, and systems engineering teams to develop independent cost estimates and contract requirement packages.
- Evaluating long-term factors that may impact the programmatic or technical progress of projects.
- Conducting periodic reviews with relevant representatives to assess the status of overall projects and key milestones, ensuring coordinated phasing of actions and addressing cost, schedule, and performance risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Possession of an ACTIVE US Secret Security Clearance.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of pertinent experience is required.
- Familiarity with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is necessary.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC), and future sensors and launchers is advantageous.
- Experience with DoD Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) is desirable.
