Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement promotional analytics measurement frameworks and plans to measure the performance of promotional channels in both HCP and patient spaces.
- Analyze promotional data to extract actionable insights using various analytical techniques, including multivariate analysis, clustering, and machine learning.
- Work closely with brand teams to understand objectives and needs, and construct campaign measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with media agency partners on performance reporting and construct media execution governance.
- Identify and recommend promotional tactic optimization opportunities to global and regional brand teams and Omnichannel Operations stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness of investments.
- Manage onboarding of promotional data sets, partner with stakeholders to streamline processes, and maintain strong data foundations to enable sound analytics capabilities.
- Provide consulting to key stakeholders in the campaign design and requirements gathering phase to ensure objectives are clearly defined and can be measured, content assets are properly tagged, and campaign data is properly sourced to ensure integrity of the measurement.
- Contribute to various commercial analytics projects, including customer segmentation, promotional mix analysis, and other initiatives.
- Co-develop Omnichannel Analytics frameworks and continuously look for ways to improve and innovate methodologies and processes.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to maintain accurate and reliable data.
- Manage third-party providers on an as-needed basis and ensure deliverables fully meet contractual obligations and are of the highest caliber.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
- 6+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5+ years of statistical analysis and modeling experience within complex analytical projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or R, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with visualization tools like Qlik View/Qlik Sense and/or Tableau.
- Experience in KPI and diagnostic metrics development.
- Experience in promotional analytics, including HCP non-personal and consumer data (US only).
- Experience in presenting business insights and providing recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees, including senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects of moderate complexity in a multi-cultural context.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency while being responsive to changing business priorities.
- Ability to travel 10-20%.
- M.S. in a quantitative discipline or related field, or MBA with Marketing Analytics, Decision Science, or Analytical Finance Concentration.
- Experience working with global partners.
- Research design experience.
